Professional Liability for ICF Members For those members not already aware, the ICF has made exclusively available to ICF members professional liability coverage. This has been arranged in conjunction with Westminster Indemnity (an ICF Resource Partner) and BritAmerica (a Dallas, Texas, USA and London, England insurance broker)*. Coverage is available online through the user friendly site: insurance-coachfederation.com. Coverage details: • Professional liability – this covers professional mistakes, errors and omissions arising from your business activities. • Limits of either $1,000,000 USD or $2,000,000 USD any one claim made and in the annual aggregate per member. • Defense costs are included. • Facility available to have others noted as named parties on the policy. • Zero deductible. • Online premium payment. • Automatic and immediate issuance of the certificate of insurance and policy form. • World class insurer. • Automatically available for members with annual business income up to $250,000 USD. • Time saving and convenient. • Internet based – available 24/7. • Policy form available before you buy. • General liability coverage for a limit of $1,000,000 USD any one claim and in the annual aggregate per member available from August 10, 2007.
