TGIF… and why I like Mondays better.

TGIF… and why I like Mondays better.

I’m happy it’s Friday cause it’s only 3 days till Monday. It just dawned on me why I like Mondays better than Fridays. Don’t everyone smack me on the forehead and say ,”You could have had a V8″ all at once.Mondays hold promise and hope of what is to come. All weekend I process what happened with clients and come up with questions I should ask next time I see them. Helping others fulfill their dreams and reach their goals is so much fun. I am often reminded how lucky I am to be doing what I truly love. A while back I visualized what I wanted my life to be. I never want work to feel like work. I want to look forward to each day and client appointment with fascination of what can be accomplished. Fridays hold a to do list that I didn’t finish. I know and my clients know I’m all about focusing on what did get done.  But there is still that nawhing feeling when I don’t get to check off everything I had on my list for the week. I think that goes back to grade school when we would get those gold stars for doing what the teacher wanted us to do. I’m extra happy today because I actually have a full weekend planned out. Tonight I’m going to go play darts and get to know some new people better. Then on Sat I get to go to a birthday party for a friend and an open house for a performing artists.Quixotic is an ensemble of local musicians, dancers, aerialists, composers, designers, and choreographers who fuse creative energies for a truly unique arts and entertainment experience. I’ve linked to a video of them which is awesome. Quixotic SocietyYou can also find them on facebook at Facebook fan page. What you focus on expands, so my weekend is going to be awesome. What are you focusing on?I like Mondays better than Fridays basicly is one is a beginning and one is an ending.  I’d much rather be creating, than wrapping it up.
