I had lunch with a fellow local Kansas City coach today. Her name is Debra Amandola she used to work for Sprint as an internal coach. However, Sprint has cut their coaching staff from 10 down to 4 which is a 60% decrease. They used to focus on Directors and above and now are focusing on Officers and above. Debra is busy launching her own coaching business and is very active in the coaching profession.
She has the prestigious honor of being on the Planning Committee for the Executive Coaching Summit which will take place at the end of Oct. just before the International Coach Federation Conference in Long Beach, CA this year. Which she plans on attending.
Her coaching business is Executive Coaching and More, LLC. She works with people in leadership positions to enhance their leadership effectiveness and improve their business results.
She comes highly qualified and is considering becoming a leader in the local ICF Chapter next year. Nominations are coming up in a few months and she is willing to be nominated for the office of President Elect.
