In the past I had a lot of good ideas about ways to increase my production and become more efficient, but many of those never came to fruition. Unfortunately many of my most important daily tasks are the ones I spend the least amount of time on. Having Chuck as my coach has made me realize that now I must concentrate and focus on these tasks. With someone to hold me accountable and set a slotted time aside each week to really focus on these has been great for me.
